RS232 Data Download Cable

Our data cables are for use with any RS-232C port equipped total station. When used in conjunction with Topcon Link software these cables allow you to easily transfer data to and from your total station and PC. There are two types available, which one you choose depends on whether you wish to use a USB or serial port on your PC or laptop to download the data.

USB Type Cable

All modern computers should have a USB port making them compatible with this cable. A disk containing the necessary cable software is provided as standard. 

Serial Type Cable

Serial connections tend to be found on older machines. The serial port cable does not require any software drivers to be installed before use
